Biomethane Upgrading

Uniflare Group Limited design and manufacture gas treatment systems. Conditioning the gas by removing moisture, H2s, siloxanes, dust and pressurising it to meet utilisation specifications. This can be applied to CHP engines, Boilers, or Gas upgraders, producing Biomethane for injection to grid. We handle your biogas from the point of production to the inlet of the utilisation. Pipework, cabling, instrumentation is all included in our packages. Full electrical packages to connect and power the instrumentation back to a distribution board and bespoke control and communications panel. Our Boosters pressurise the gas to distribute flow around your system.

We also install gas to gas dehumidifiers to reduce the relative humidity of the gas. Siloxane systems such as the SRS system using innovative media to remove siloxanes. Carbon and biological systems to remove hydrogen sulphide. We also supply other specialist equipment to clean the biogas and save our customers money, such as our award-winning Oxygen dosing systems.
